“I never had the honor of meeting Marilyn, my late mother-in-law but I feel so connected through this little story.
She wrote this for her children, my husband and his sister, when they were kids and years later it was shown to me.
I was told that she was sick as a little girl and couldn’t play outside so that explain parts of the story.
I am so thankful that they trusted me with her words and that they let me do it my way.
This story is a reminder that no matter who you are,
where you come from and what you look like there is always somebody who will love you.
A message that I believe all children should hear.”
